Namco retro games and Home space coming to PS3 in July

Namco has announced that in July 2009 they will be releasing their Museum Essentials titles consisting of Namco staples in retro gaming as well one brand new re-envisioning of a cult franchise. The titles included in Museum Essentials will be Pac-man, Galaga, DIG DUG, DRAGON SPIRIT, XEVIOUS, and the brand new re-envisioned XEVIOUS: RESURRECTION . In addition, Namco has confirmed that the PSN title will include trophy support.
To celebrate the release, the publisher has also announced the simultaneous launch of their very own Home space that will include trial versions of the stated games via virtual arcade machines as well as updated publisher media and the ability to collect various Home items.

Featuring a virtual arcade where players can access a trial version of NAMCO MUSEUM ESSENTIALS, collect 50 PlayStation Home classic NAMCO and The Idolm@ster™ items, as well as view the latest media and trailers, the site will contain content that guarantees to keep fans returning for more.

I dunno if I will bother with this. Namco seems to whore out its properties to whomever will accept them.
